The preparation of the meat on the beech wood fire in the guest room is a special experience. Very good food and service! Don't be put off by the location on the main road or the house. Well worth a visit!

Great food, a great restaurant and very nice people! The steaks on the open fire with beech wood are indescribably delicious. The burger is huge and also totally delicious. Everything fits and we are happy to continue on our way! Thank you for the lovely evening, it was not the first and not the last time we came!

We live 70 minutes by car from the Kirschweiler Bridge. The way was worth it. Very, very tasty pan roast, very nice service and nice atmosphere.

Delicious meal. Very sufficient. Nice personel. We were allowed to spend the night in our car park for free.

We were a little early the kitchen was not open but we could get coffee and a drink. A nice place with a shop with local products. The restaurant looked well decorated. Unfortunately we couldn't try that. Only one time back.

The new delivery service !!! 👌 Map clearly arranged, the food is like in the restaurant great! Boss personally on the phone. I ordered beef hamburger, when I asked if you would be full, the boss said "yes" Two people = two Hamburg, we were fed up 🤤. Super!!

This family run restaurant offers a cosy atmosphere. On the menu are mainly traditional regional meaty dishes that are prepared with great care (but there are some vegetarian options) Excellent quality with some finesse. The owner, who prepares the meat on the open fireplace/grill, welcomes every single guest and the personal in general is also very friendly and polite.

I just finished working on my house and had some free time. Do I went to the restaurant and was treated with all the respect as others were treated. Very awesome service and food. I will return clean and with the family. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Kirschweiler Brucke is really the best 5 Star Restaurant in the Nahe Valley. Located just outside of Idar-Oberstein in Kirschweiler, they focus on locally sourced meats and vegetables using old time recipes with a modern flare cooked over an open fire using a Speissbraten Grill. This is truly fine dining. They have an amazing staff, a great kitchen and a wonderful owner, Hans-Werner. They even have their own cooking school. I was lucky enough to be able to cook with the team for a day. Nothing but the finest. Hans-Werner comes from a family of butchers, so each piece of meat, poultry and/or fish is hand butchered in their kitchen. Quality control is the secret to their success. One of the most interesting things is their sausage vending machine. Yes, you read correctly, the have their own sausage vending machine in their parking lot. When the grocery stores and butcher shops are all closed, fear not you can buy the most amazing sausages at reasonable prices right in the Kirschweiler Brucke parking lot. Just amazing! If you are looking for the finest of dining in the Nahe Valley, I highly recommend the Kirschweiler Brucke Restaurant.

Everything was great, friendly service and manager. In terms of taste ... Simply awesome! I think the prices are justified (due to the portions).

The meat is cooked in an oven over an open fire. Delicious lamb ribs. Filet mignon from Local beef, which seemed a little harsh to me. Excellent craft gin and schnapps. Large selection of wines. The restaurant is well-known in Germany and abroad.

We made the "big roasting note" at the Kirschweiler bridge in March. An absolutely great event with extremely delicious meat. I have never eaten chicken as tender as Hans Werner Veek's, even though the chicken was on the grill and was "fried" there.
